Gorgeous hotel with fine views! The breakfast was delicious, and the bed was super comfy. Marco and his fiancé were so helpful, giving great dinner recommendations. The walk down to Montepertuso was lovely, and each step was worth it for the views!

the views were stunning but getting to the room was a workout, thanks to the daunting 398 stairs! I also expected some sort of complimentary gesture for all the trouble, but apparently that’s too much to ask for, so I just couldn’t give a higher rating.

Colle dell'Ara is a hidden gem! The moment I stepped onto the balcony, I was greeted by breathtaking views of Positano and the coastline. I had a delightful experience with Marco, who was incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast selection was impressive, featuring fresh omelettes, various pastries, and local fruits from their garden. The room I stayed in was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, which made my evenings relaxing. The terrace was perfect for enjoying morning coffee while soaking in the sun and the views. However, reaching the accommodation proved quite challenging. The climb up 398 steep steps after a day in Positano can be daunting. While they do offer a lift for bags, I found myself needing to take breaks during the ascent. The infrequent bus service also added some difficulty in accessing the town, often leaving me waiting longer than expected. Lastly, I noticed the Wi-Fi connection in the room was somewhat unstable, which could be an inconvenience for anyone needing to stay connected during their trip.

We had a fantastic 4 nights at Colle Dell'Ara! The views from our Double Room with Balcony and Sea View were beautiful, and Marco and Paisia treated us like family. The breakfast was delicious, featuring fresh local fruits and delightful pastries. It was a joy to enjoy our morning coffee while soaking in the stunning panorama of Positano.
The climb back to the property can be quite tiring after a long day.

Perfect getaway with amazing views!
Just loved staying here! Marco and Paisia made us feel at home, and their cooking is next-level. We had dinner one night, and it was simple yet soooo tasty with a killer view. The climb to the B&B's a workout for sure, and honestly, the Wi-Fi could be better. Totally worth it though!

amazing views but a steep climb
The views from my room were truly breathtaking, offering a stunning panorama of the coastline. Marco and Paisia provided exceptional hospitality, treating us to delicious homemade dinners that felt like a local experience. Each morning, the breakfast was fresh and plentiful, featuring local fruits that I looked forward to. The garden view from the terrace was a perfect touch for enjoying serene moments throughout our stay.
The climb to the B&B is quite challenging, especially after a long day exploring.
